OVERHEAD CRANE (C30 – C31)

The National Code of Practice (NCOP) given under the Driven Machinery Regulation in the Occupational Health & Safety Act 85 of 1993 provide clarity and direction to all stakeholders directly or indirectly related to the accreditation and provision of training to lifting machine/ equipment operators in South Africa.
 
Safety Training Association provides SAQA unit standard approved training for lifting machinery course. Safety Training Association has further accreditation with the Department of Labour (DOL).

COURSE OBJECTIVE
The course explains the requirements of operating a Overhead Crane. Also ensures a high level training on both theory and practical training on the operations of the Overhead Crane.
